Instrumental in the development of the Airport Systems Integration Services offering by Harris Corporation. Developed
the processes and procedures for documenting specific current and future airport information architectures. Information
architecture definitions included business process models, Use Case models, object models, cost models, and integration
benefit models. Provided airport customers with business cases for IT project funds procurement.
Developed corporate airport systems domain knowledge and airport enterprise architecture knowledgebase through direct
